Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including user manuals, integration guides, and technical whitepapers
- Research, develop, and document technical design specifications
- Gain in-depth knowledge of products and services, translating complex technical information into clear, polished, and user-friendly content
- Advocate for user needs by ensuring all documentation is clear, accessible, and helpful
- Organize and manage a comprehensive library of technical documents and reference materials, ensuring they are easily accessible, accurate, up-to-date, and well-maintained
- BSc in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
- Communication skills in both English and Korean
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technology or software development environment
- Solid understanding of technical concepts, especially in software engineering, AI, and robotics
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex concepts
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, Mad Cap Flare, or similar platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise content
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate documentation
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Firm understanding of software development cycles
