Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including user manuals, integration guides, and technical whitepapers
Research, develop, and document technical design specifications
Gain in-depth knowledge of products and services, translating complex technical information into clear, polished, and user-friendly content
Advocate for user needs by ensuring all documentation is clear, accessible, and helpful
Organize and manage a comprehensive library of technical documents and reference materials, ensuring they are easily accessible, accurate, up-to-date, and well-maintained

Qualifications

BSc in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
Communication skills in both English and Korean
2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technology or software development environment
Solid understanding of technical concepts, especially in software engineering, AI, and robotics
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex concepts
Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, Mad Cap Flare, or similar platforms
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise content
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate documentation

Preferences

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Firm understanding of software development cycles
