Trackless Electrician
Our Company wishes to offer employment opportunities at the following operation located in Aggeneys, Northern Cape Province. The skill sets for employment as follows:
We are looking for a Trackless Electrician at a declined mining operation on Black Mountain Mine.
The following requirements is needed to fill the position but not limited to :
Requirements:
· Matric / Grade 12 .
· Valid Trade Test Certificate .
· Valid driver’s license code 08 .
· Be able to acquire a medical certificate of fitness .
Competency:
· Proper electrical ,maintenance and installation skills .
EXPERIENCE:
· 5 years’ experience in the Underground Mining Trackless Operations.
· Previous experience as a Trackless Mining Boilermaker .
· Previous experience in Low Voltage and Medium Voltage connections .
· Experience in Trackless Mining services construction .
In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
To assist Engineering Foreman in managing maintenance , optimizing engineering processes ,repairs and installations as well as ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations within EMS MINING.
· Conform to MHSA guidelines by continuously working according to the stipulated Mine applicable safe work procedures for all tasks and any safe work instruction given by the Shift Supervisor.
· Assist in ensuring that all engineering equipment is maintained in good working condition.
· Managing break down time, material, installations , and repairs .
· Ensuring compliance to maintaining of equipment as per maintenance schedules .
· Complete checklists and job cards as per procedure .
· Reporting to Engineering Foreman the critical spares and material requirements in advance.
· Good housekeeping in working places.
· Participate in the mine safety program.
