Job Title: Financial Controller
Department: Finance
Location: Rustenburg
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, overseeing cost reporting, managing inventory control, and coordinating procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Production Meters: Sign off on production meters (Certificates) monthly.
Cost Reporting: Prepare and coordinate monthly cost reports.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory, review GRN/GRV, perform stock counts, and conduct spot checks.
Procurement: Create and follow up on standard requisitions and open orders.

Qualifications:

Education:
Matric Certificate
Diploma in Finance
Experience:
Matric with at least 5 years of experience
Diploma with at least 2 years of experience

Reporting Structure:

Reports to: Cost and Project Accountant
Direct Reports: 1 Site Administrator
Reports to (Indirectly): Chief Financial Manager

Collaboration:

Internal Stakeholders: Site Managers, Financial & Commercial Manager, Managing Director
External Stakeholders: Suppliers, Interested & Affected Parties
