- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate records.
- Follow up on payments, ensuring that invoices are processed and paid on time.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any tracking or payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of order statuses, payment histories, and follow-up actions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improve tracking and payment processes.
- Prepare reports on tracking and payment activities for management review.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Must reside in Mossel Bay and be able to work onsite.
This position offers a gross salary ranging from R12,000.00 to R15,000.00 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
