JOB DESCRIPTION
NB! Must have the ability to multi-task and manage a demanding workload in a highly pressurized environment. Do not apply if you are not able to work under a large amount of pressure.

Ensure all Cash and EFT payments to suppliers of scrap are processed accurately and timeously
Capturing of data
Ensure that the cash office is run efficiently
Manage daily cash ups
Ensure cash orders are placed on time and accurately

Qualifying experience:

Minimum of an NQF Level 6 qualification (Diploma) in Finance or similar field
At least 2 years working experience in payments/invoicing
Working experience with cash handling
Computer literate – MS Office, internet, whatsapp, e-mail – Excel is compulsory
Supervisory experience would be beneficial

Qualifying attributes:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good reporting skills
Ability to multitask
Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent administrative skills
Ability to work neatly and clearly when capturing and processing data
Good organisational and filing skills – hardcopy and electronically
Ability to work with a sense of urgency
