Marketing Specialist with Graphic Design Skills (Performance-Based)

This role offers a target-based compensation structure with a competitive gross salary of approximately R15 000.00 TO R18 000.00 per month and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility and increase sales.
- Design visually appealing marketing materials (ads, banners, social media graphics, etc.) to support campaigns.
- Manage digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and more.
- Create content for social media, websites, and email campaigns to engage and convert customers.
- Use data and metrics to optimize campaign performance and ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Implement SEO strategies and manage paid online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Build and maintain a strong online presence across relevant platforms.
- Assist in content creation with strong visual elements, ensuring consistent branding.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design.
- Proficiency with design software not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
- Ability to create eye-catching visuals and graphics that align with brand objectives.
- Strong understanding of social media strategies and digital content trends.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
