Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage substation construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and implement quality control measures.
- Proven experience in building substations.
- Relevant certifications including:
- MV and LV Cable Courses
- Control Plant and Cable Installation
- Fibre Optic Cable Installation
- Crimping
- Construction Regulations
- Accredited Builder (NHBRC)
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
