Reservations Clerk Groups
New opportunity as Groups Reservations Clerk with this with this leading hotel group based in Cape Town.
For this Groups Reservations Clerk position you’ll need 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role with Sales & Catering; Opera “Group/Block Reservations” experience & Excellent administration skills
Responsibilities & Experience:
Accurately capture data & maintain guest profiles in the Opera System (PMS)
Maximize sales and marketing opportunities
Manage room inventory with diligent adherence to checklists and systems
Assess & understand clients’ requirements to ensure event needs are met with a key focus on converting the inquiry
Start date: ASAP, depending on notice period
Salary Offered: R18 760 + 13th cheque
