Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings through multiple platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain guest profiles and booking notes to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Build and sustain relationships with agents and corporate clients to drive revenue.
- Address guest and agent inquiries, complaints, and booking modifications with care.
- Monitor payments, cancellations, and ensure compliance with booking policies.
- Collaborate with departments to manage guest arrivals, special requests, and events.
- 5+ years of hospitality or short-term rental experience.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, time management, and administrative skills.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or short-term rentals is essential.
