A Luxury 5 Star Game Reserve is looking for an experienced Reservationist to join the team.
Skills and Qualifications required:

- Excellent command of the English language (Spoken and written)
- Opera experience essential
- Excellent communication skills with high level of telephone etiquette
- A Hospitality Diploma
- 3 Years experience in a 5 Star Game Lodge within the Reservations Department
- Computer experience: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Opera PMS
- Experience in tele-sales
- High degree of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment
- Well organised team player, capable of working independently, meticulously and with initiative
