Procurement Officer
What You Bring:
Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Engineering purchasing.
Ability to handle a busy workload while keeping customers satisfied.
Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication!
Qualifications:
Grade 12
Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Management, or CIPS
3-5 years of relevant experience
Your Role:
Purchase engineering spares and raw materials
Track orders and deliveries daily.
Work closely with the Production Planner for direct goods orders.
Build great relationships with suppliers.
Identify new suppliers for cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with Quality Control for supplier approvals.
Assist marketing with R&D for new designs.
Handle month-end reconciliations before payment.
Help with indirect spend purchase orders.
Collaborate with the Procurement Manager
Tender administration
