Pharmacy Key Account Manager required in Pretoria East.
My Client, a leading medication adherence company offering services to pharmacies in South Africa, is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pharmacy KAM to join their team. This is an in-office position, but regular travel to various provinces would be required.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our solutions to pharmacies
Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in pharmacies
Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our solutions, benefits, and value propositions
Travel extensively to various pharmacy clients and potential clients
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners and key stakeholders
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for pharmacy clients
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Provide regular reports on sales activities and related insights
Utilize data and feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and approaches
Requirements:
University Degree in related field
Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales
Own car & valid driver’s licence
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and proactively
Proficient in using virtual communication tools for remote collaboration
