Host management tasks, including welcoming guests, playing padel with them if there are not enough opponents, explaining the rules of the game and creating a Whats App group for photo content and marketing
Club management duties, including engaging with customers, opening and closing the club, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and that staff are rostered correctly
Pro shop, including managing sales and stock of the pro shop, tracking rentals, marketing and sales of padel equipment
Daily reporting, including padel court use percentage, daily cash ups, and reporting broken equipment for fixing
Stock management
Corporate and school bookings
Minimum requirements
Matric
Relevant work experience in a managerial role is advantageous, particularly in a similar role within the
sports or leisure industry.
Experience in customer service, event management is advantageous.
Familiarity with first aid procedures or possessing first aid certification is advantageous.
