Join the Adventure as a Management Couple at a Luxury Safari Lodge in the Greater Kruger!
Are you a dynamic duo ready to embark on an exciting journey in the heart of nature? Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a passionate Management Couple to oversee daily operations at a stunning 4* luxury safari lodge nestled in the Greater Kruger. With 12,000ha of traversing in a “Big 5” reserve, this is your chance to create unforgettable experiences for guests from around the globe!
What’s in Store for You:
The Lodge:

Safari Lodge: 6 double/twin rondavels, 2 interleading family units, and 1 luxury suite.
Bush Lodge: 5-room self-catering camp above the Mohlabetsi Spruit, overlooking a waterhole.
Delight guests with morning and evening game drives, boma dinners, and lunch on the lawn!

Your Roles:

He: Lead exhilarating game drives and walks, manage property maintenance, assist with food and beverage service, and be the ultimate host! Must have FGASA Level 2 (NQF4), a PDP, and a current First Aid Certificate.
She: Handle office admin, reservations, marketing, and stock control while assisting in the kitchen and ensuring guest satisfaction. Hospitality experience and computer literacy are a must!

Perks of the Position:

Remuneration: R34,000 per month for the couple
Medical Aid: Up to R1,250 per person contributed towards a reasonable plan
Performance Bonuses: 13th cheque and monthly incentives after probation
Days Off: 7 consecutive days per month
Leave: 21 days per annum after one year of service
Accommodation: Comfortable, en-suite flat with lounge & kitchenette provided on-site
Work Schedule: Flexibility with weekends and public holidays (double pay on holidays!)
