Develop and implement change management plans and strategies
Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
Facilitate the adoption of innovative solutions and ensure they are effectively implemented within the organization
Identify emerging trends and innovations relevant to the organization’s human capital strategic goals and evaluate their potential benefits
Develop and implement strategies for integrating culture with systems and processes to enhance performance and value
Facilitate the adoption of innovative solutions and ensure they are effectively implemented within the organization
Monitor and manage the realisation of benefits from projects and programs, ensuring that expected value is achieved and sustained
Conduct reviews and audits to assess whether projects and programs are on track to deliver their anticipated value and identify opportunities for enhancement to the organisational culture and change readiness
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure changes are implemented in a coordinated manner
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration on culture and change management initiatives with internal stakeholders
Collaborate with senior executives, business leaders, and other stakeholders to understand value expectations and ensure alignment with project outcomes
Create training materials and provide training sessions for employees to adapt to the changes
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related field
Change Management licensing (PROSCI, ADKAR, etc.)
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in culture and change management
A postgraduate qualification will be advantageous
In depth experience of managing multi-dimensional programmes, deadlines, and large budgets
Engagement with diverse, external international stakeholders in managing legislative risk
Experience in working across a broad spectrum of industries – from white collar to unionised environments
