COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR – AGRICULTURE – FM1904

Fort Beaufort Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 and 2+ years relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to Global G.A.P. & SIZA
Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role.
Logistics Knowledge advantageous
Advanced computer literacy.
Health & Safety knowledge in the agricultural sector is essential
First Aid is essential

Ability to be assertive while at the same time maintaining a high level of respect.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels within the organization.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Be punctual and well organized.
Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREA

Ensure compliance with Global G.A.P., SIZA (Ethical and Environmental), and all Export regulations on the farm.
Develop and implement an effective compliance program.
Conduct regular compliance audits to identify potential risk areas.
Interpret and advise on regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Create and maintain compliance documentation and reports.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and update company policies accordingly. Provide compliance training to employees to raise awareness
Investigate and resolve compliance issues or violations.
Farm Health & Safety rep – all duties associated.
