Operations Manager - Hospitality & Agriculture
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the
day-to-day operations of our guesthouses, commercial properties, rental properties and
agricultural businesses. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye
for detail, and a passion for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: R250 000,00 - R300 000,00 per year
Experience:

day-to-day operations of our guesthouses, commercial properties, rental properties and
agricultural businesses. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye
for detail, and a passion for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operations of our farms, ensuring optimal productivity and
- Supervise the management of our guesthouses, ensuring high standards of hospitality
- Oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of our commercial properties.
- Manage rental properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and effective property
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure seamless operations.
- You will have a team reporting to you.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Handle any operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in a multi-
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: R250 000,00 - R300 000,00 per year
