IT Technician
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team. This role primarily involves managing and maintaining various IT systems, including computers, CCTV, Servers, Firewall (Sophos XG 210), and Virtualization (Hyper-V).
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and knowledge in troubleshooting, system administration, and network security.
Responsibilities | Requirements:
1. Computer and Network Maintenance: Monitor and maintain computer systems, including setup, installation, and regular maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to computers and network connectivity.
2. CCTV Management: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of cameras systems. Troubleshoot any camera-related problems.
3. Server Troubleshooting | Virtualization with Hyper-V: Handle server-related issues, such as troubleshooting hardware and software problems. | Familiarity with virtualization technology, particularly Hyper-V, is essential.
Firewall Administration (Sophos): Manage and configure firewalls (Sophos XG 210) to ensure network security and protect against unauthorized access
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
