- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring that ingredients are fresh and available.
- Assist in menu planning, taking into account the preferences and dietary needs of the staff.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
- Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak meal times.
- Adhere to the company’s health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and storage of food.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook in a similar setting.
- Relevant culinary qualification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
