The successful incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to: Human Resources:
Collate all new recruit documentation for Payroll accountant
Draft letters: confirmation of employment letters, VISA letters, job title changes etc.
Upload all staff changes on One Note system
Manage staff information on Intranet
Complete UIF documentation
Manage and distribute Steenberg office park access tags
Update monthly leave liability spreadsheets
Update monthly birthday list
Prepare monthly payment requisitions
Post job adverts on Indeed
Screen and select CVs
Conduct reference checks
Assist HR Managers will submission of statutory Employment Equity Reports and Annual Training Reports
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks for HR Managers and Payroll Accountant
Administer all Discovery & Momentum documentation and attend to all queries
Coordinate annual Discovery Wellness Days
Assist with all adhoc duties/projects as and when required
Payroll:
Collate monthly overtime sheets
Load and exit new recruits and leavers on Momentum portal
Compile monthly banking details list
Upload new employees on Employee Self Service System
