Main Purpose of the Job: This is an important position in any company; you will be the face of the company so experience is essential along with a neat and professional demeanour. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a 5-star experience for all our clients and staff from the welcome to the farewell. Education and experience required:
Matric
Minimum of 3 years Hotel experience
A Hospitality degree or diploma would be preferential.
Excellent written and Verbal Communication skills, must be proficient in English
Experience managing the preparation and use of meeting venues is essential
Experience managing a busy switchboard non-negotiable.
As part of a larger Hospitality team you will be required to assist your colleagues in managing the day to day operations which includes but is not limited to managing purchases, dealing with service providers, arranging transfers, collections and deliveries.

Ability to work without supervision and meet deadlines and work within a team
