Spa Receptionist
Our client is seeking a dedicated Spa Receptionist to join their esteemed team at their luxury game lodge. As the first point of contact for spa guests, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional spa experience. This role involves managing reservations, handling administrative tasks, and promoting spa retail products.

- Record and confirm spa reservations using ESP software.
- Respond promptly to all reception emails.
- Orientate spa guests on the facilities and amenities available.
- Handle daily administrative duties efficiently.
- Maximize income through the sale of retail products.
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- 2-3 years of experience in a reception role within a well-established and professional spa.
- Proficiency in ESP software and general computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
