Group Processing Manager
Oversee all processing operations and managing both coal and magnetite commodities in the Group
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for all aspects of mineral processing activities within the Group
- Responsible to ensure production, maintenance, recovery and cost targets are achieved
- Prepare budgets, operating and processing plans and prepare forecasts
- Collaborate with key departments such as mining operations, engineering, and geology
- Monthly reporting
- Ensure continuous improvement of the Group processing plants
- Manage all contractors used for the processing plants, ensuring that KPI are met
- Ensure compliance to HSE
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
- A minimum of 10 years' proven experience in a similar role within the mining sector
- Comprehensive knowledge of all stages of coal and magnetite processing
- In-depth understanding of mining regulations, environmental laws, and compliance standards
- Strong track record of managing complex projects
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
