Our client, a game lodge in Sabi Sands, is looking for an experienced Front of House all-rounder who is great with both guests and administration.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a 5-star environment essential
- Previous game lodge experience beneficial
- Grade 12 essential
- Tertiary education beneficial
- Must be computer literate in Excel, Word, email and POS system
- Solid background in reception beneficial
- Exceptional customer service essential
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Incredible organisational skills
- Needs to be adaptable and flexible
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Team player
- High level of professionalism
- Physical endurance essential
Package
- Salary – dependant on experience
- Contribution to provident fund
- Live-in position
Work Cycle
