Finance Analyst - France - Rueil Malmaison (Paris)
Role Purpose
The Finance Analyst is required to ensure that all costs in France are correctly budgeted and captured, making sure all stakeholders are aligned with the reporting of costs. Responsible for monthly Financial Reporting within France & South Europe Cluster. In addition to support the commercial Finance function with Ad-hoc tasks at Cluster level (France & Southern Europe). (focus on Sales, Opex Inventory, distributor management, receivables)
Responsibilities:
The Finance Analyst is required to ensure that all costs in France are correctly budgeted and captured, making sure all stakeholders are aligned with the reporting of costs. Responsible for monthly Financial Reporting within France & South Europe Cluster. In addition to support the commercial Finance function with Ad-hoc tasks at Cluster level (France & Southern Europe). (focus on Sales, Opex Inventory, distributor management, receivables)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for budgeting cycles – OPEX (Expense), DSO receivables, Inventory, AGI budget, IT, CAPEX.
- Monthly Expense reports submission to cost centre owners (CCO).
- Issue PO/ Approve Invoice for France Organization assuring to get all information required from CCCO.
- Consolidation of transactions for intercompany charge back.
- Ensuring documentation and ledger bookings are correct aligning with Finance shared services.
- Seeking documentation as required by Quality & Finance for vendor setup.
- Seeking approvals as per Authority matrix, ensuring correcting booking & payment on time.
- Maintaining Debit notes tracker, claims as per contracts/ pricing file.
- Monitoring and flagging BU KPIs for monthly presentations (OPEX (Expense), DSO receivables, Inventory, AGI budget) Recommending payment terms.
- Prepare Monthly Financial Reporting within France & South Europe Cluster
- Ad-hoc tasks (support duties and responsibilities that are under the Commercial Finance function)
Requirements
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s in finance/accounting or any degree/diploma equivalent to Finance (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CGMA) Honours Degree
Three (3) Finance Three (3) France One (1) – preferably Pharmaceuticals/ FMCG preferable
Technical Skills
Excel Advanced Power Point Medium ERP Basic/Medium French, English High Level/Fluent
