About the Role:
As the F&B Manager, you will be the driving force behind the lodge’s dining experience, ensuring that every meal is a feast for the senses. Your expertise will guide the team in delivering world-class service while keeping up with the latest safari food trends.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: A minimum of 7 years in hospitality management with a strong background in food and beverage.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with PAN State Hospitality is a bonus!
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to lead and inspire your team.
Fitness Level: Above-average fitness as the facilities are spread out.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and improve service standards to provide an unforgettable dining experience.
Manage stock control and inventory for beverages and service equipment.
Train and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the department.
Forecast consumption to maintain optimal stock levels and review beverage menus and pricing.

Competitive Salary: R20,000 - R30,000, negotiable based on experience.
Live-In Package: Accommodation provided on-site, plus 3 meals a day during your work cycle.
