Hoedspruit Area – Limpopo: Our client is looking for an Export Procurement Manager to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in fresh produce exports logistics in a management role
- A tertiary degree/ diploma in Agriculture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Proven working relationship with growers, packhouses and service providers
- Above average computer literacy and knowledge on supply chain systems
- Experience with Valencia oranges
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong strategic and leadership skills
- Strong persuasive, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- An achievement orientated individual with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to exercise resilience when facing challenges
- The development of sustainable strategies that support the Company’s core function in the worldwide export of fruit
- Implementation of various supply chain strategies that support the export function
- The appointment and management of service providers in the supply chain
- Management of the Logistics team
