Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to manage all client campaigns in the digital space. We are not a digital marketing agency. We are a Digital Product Studio that develops and executes on projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, project management, and a deep understanding of software strategies. You will be responsible for managing internally the campaigns from end-to-end, Key Responsibilities:
Office Admin:Manage the office in all aspects. Open and close office daily. Make coffee and tea. Deal with onboarding new employees through the onboarding process. Deal with office park and landlords on admin tasks and requests.
Project Management:Management each campaign and project internally. Daily projects updates. Complete the job card daily on progress on each project. Drive answers and progress from relevant people within the organisation. Manage timelines and deadlines. Give daily updates to the Directors on each project.
Personal Assistant:The candidate must assist the Directors with managing all work load and keeping them up to date with projects, requests and emails.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or similar role, preferably within the digital space or a related industry.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative campaign ideas.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
