Contact Center Trainer

Deliver training programs to new and existing employees. A trainer should be honest, confident, agile and passionate about personal and people development. Working closely with all areas of the business to support business needs and growth, whilst building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Reporting into the Learning and development Management, you will be expected to identify opportunities with all internal and external movers and intakes and feedback constructively from agent level through to senior management levels where required.
As the face of the business it’s important that you are not only responsible, professional and with a positive attitude are able to set an example to the rest of the business but are approachable to all levels and can overcome obstacles when faced with a challenge in a constructive way.
2 years in an L&D/Training role. Matric/Training qualification desirable.
- Completing daily training admin in a timely manner & compliant manner
  • Identifying learning opportunities for BAU teams
  • Continuous improvement of learning interventions
  • Creation and curation of learning content
  • Facilitate Face-2-face and digital learning interventions and workshops across the business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
