Requirements
- Matric
- Computer Literate
- Minimum 1-year International Customer Service experience in a contact centre environment via voice, email, and chat
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required
- Excellent active listening skills with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions.
