Responsibilities and Duties
- Preparing documentation for exports (SAD)
- Manage petty cash
- Filing and reconciliations
- Preparing monthly reports
- Receiving of stock and stock taking
- Processing orders
- Dealing with customers queries and orders
- Update prices on system
- General office duties
- Weekend duty every 2nd weekend.
- Preparation for ISO, SGASA and H&S audits
- Wages timesheets and monthly submissions
- Carry out nursery related admin work
- Stock taking
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Experience in office admin
- Pastel experience
- A keen interest in growing plants.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- English, Afrikaans and Zulu (advantageous)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
- Must be able to comply with deadlines
- Can-do attitude
