Work closely with the CEO and the Board as part of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that an ambitious and innovative strategy is effectively developed, implemented and then embedded across the organisation.
Ensure that innovative strategy development approaches are taken that keep UK Youth at the cutting
edge of strategic and systems thinking.
Lead the management of strategic reviews, planning processes, org reporting and impact analysis.
Working with SLT to identify activities to be supported, scaled up or stopped in line with UK Youth’s set objectives and changes in the external environment (I.e. horizon scanning)
Develop the business development and planning capabilities across the organisation to identify new
areas of growth and innovation for UK Youth working with the Chief Programme Officer and Director of External Relations to inform future income generation opportunities.
Lead on organizational readiness reviews, to identify strengths and areas for development.
Supporting the organisation to secure effective ways of working at organisational, departmental, team and individual levels.
Develop and oversee the effective use of data dashboards that drive organisational effectiveness and
insights.
Work with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the right platforms, systems, processes and
resources are in place to successfully deliver on the strategy, problem solving where there are blockers to progression.
