Architect / Interior Designer
ualifications Proficiency in 3D Modeling Software: The ideal candidate should have advanced skills in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, Corona, Rhino, or similar programs to create detailed and realistic 3D perspectives Experience in Shop Drawing Preparation: Ability to develop accurate and detailed shop drawings based on design concepts and specifications. This includes technical knowledge of materials, dimensions, and construction methods. Strong FFE Selection Skills: Proven ability to research, source, and select appropriate furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with the design concept while considering functionality, aesthetics, and budget constraints. Knowledge of Local and International Markets: Familiarity with sourcing FFE items from both local suppliers and international markets to offer a diverse range of options for clients and projects. Creativity and Innovation: Demonstrated creativity in developing unique design concepts, exploring new trends, and incorporating innovative solutions to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of interior spaces.
