1. Prepare and submit proposals, coordinating with relevant stakeholders throughout the proposal process. 2. Search for government project opportunities and ensure registration on all government platforms. 3. Analyze customers, competitors, prices, sales, methods of marketing, methods of distribution, and market needs to prepare detailed plans for the company strategy. 4. Utilize survey results to create a marketing plan based on local preferences. 5. Maintain good relationships with different media houses and advertising firms. 6. Analyze customer satisfaction bi-annually and ensure communication of results with the concerned department. 7. Follow-up process of receiving customer complaints and ensure closing all complaints on time. 8. Assist BDM in developing action plans, project scopes and briefs, presentations, gathering of information, business analysis, setting KPI's, enhance process and procedures flow. 9. Participate in screening potential business proposals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities. 10. Schedule regular visits and meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied. 11. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate. 12. Study market and competitors to find new ways to retain customers.
