Tendering Specialist
Our client who is in the Construction industry is hiring for the position of Tendering Specialist.
Years of Experience: 8-10 years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.
Job Description:
The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating all tendering activities to ensure successful submission of bids.
This role involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to develop winning strategies.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing tender documents, coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, analyzing tender requirements, preparing all necessary documentation, negotiating with clients and suppliers, conducting market analysis, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, and maintaining records of all tender activities.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
