Site Engineer
JASARA PMC is on the lookout for an experienced Site Engineer to join our innovative team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing civil engineering projects that align with the ambitious goals set forth in Vision 2030. As a Site Engineer, your focus will be on ensuring that construction operations are executed efficiently, safely, and according to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and manage a team of construction professionals.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors for effective project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any on-site challenges that arise.
- Conduct site inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain detailed documentation of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction or civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety protocols.
- Proficient in project management software and relevant engineering tools.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
