Senior Project Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing construction projects. With a focus on delivering social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, JASARA PMC is at the forefront of driving sustainable and transformative change in the Kingdom.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budget
Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control measures
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution
Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines throughout the project lifecycle
Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and project sponsors

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
15+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably with PMC and Consultant background.
Successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Familiarity with project management software and tools
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams
Sound understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Some experience involving tunnel excavation / and or mining works on projects could also be beneficial.
Knowledge of rock excavation and rockfall mitigation would be helpful.
