Sales Engineer - HVAC.
Location: Saudi Arabia (Jeddah & Riyadh)
We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to identify and engage prospective clients within the HVAC sector. The ideal candidate will understand client needs and effectively communicate the technical and business value of our products. Your contributions will be vital in achieving sales targets, enhancing market share, and registering the factory as a vendor for major projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and collection targets.
- Clearly articulate technical capabilities and conduct product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and maintain prospective client relationships.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to clients.
- Create a conducive environment to facilitate purchase decisions and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Understand customer needs and offer optimal solutions in a timely manner.
- Achievement of sales and collection targets as per the business plan.
- Year-on-year growth metrics.
- Comparison of actual invoiced sales against targets.
- New account introductions and vendor registrations.
- Lead conversion ratios and customer retention rates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HVAC sales within the Saudi market.
- Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective clients.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Transferable Iqama and a personal vehicle.
- Reports to the Sales Manager.
