SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As Sr. Sales executive, you will be responsible to Support the Sales manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilizing Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO (Days sales outstanding), aiming to increase Jotun market share and profitability.
This position is based in Riyadh & will report to the Area Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:

Introduce, promote, and sell decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain relationships and gather market information.

Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to promote decorative products and achieve sales budget targets.

Execute sales policies and marketing activities according to company rules to support business growth, consistency, and efficiency.

Follow up on collections as per assigned targets to ensure healthy company working capital.

Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and provide high-quality service while addressing customer complaints.

Create and maintain data in the CRM system and ensure its active use.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer service, while responding to inquiries and introducing products to dealers, projects, and developers.

Liaise with the client market and respond to enquiries, introducing products and services to dealers/projects /developers

What We Look For:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or any related field

3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Sales industry - Retail sales are preferable

Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
