Location: Riyadh Position: Sales Engineer- Saudi National We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and contracting industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the Saudi market, excellent networking skills, and the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, with a focus on securing construction and contracting projects.
Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Saudi market.
Project Hunting:
Proactively identify and target potential projects in the construction and contracting sectors.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective projects, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive bids and proposals tailored to specific project requirements.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the construction, contracting, or related industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing major contracts in Saudi Arabia.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of the Saudi market and construction industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
Valid driver’s license.
