Overview:
Gov CIO is currently hiring for a RSNF Naval Operations Specialist to provide RSNF personnel training on techniques, processes, and procedures relating to Naval operations in all warfare areas, including navigation]. This position will be located in Jeddah, KSA and will be a[onsite position.
Responsibilities:
Deliver, instruct, and facilitate instructor-led basic and advance naval operations courses. Potential subject matter includes:
- Basic Officer Qualification
- Electronic Warfare Basic Course
- Advanced Operations Officer / Weapons Officer Course
- Gunnery Officer Course (GCO)
- Officer Candidate Course
- Quartermaster Advanced Training
- Instructor Qualification Course
- Navigation Officer Training
- Search and Rescue (SAR) Training
- Rules of the Road Refresher Training
- Allied Tactical Publication (ATP) I Volume II Familiarization
- Officer of the Deck (OOD) Refresher Training
- Combat Information Center (CIC) Training
- Damage Control Training
Subject matter expert in general naval surface warfare.
Support and provide input to the RSNF ESS courseware development team to ensure current and updated training materials.
Implement RSNF student critiques into RSNF ESS training materials, as required.
Prepare RSNF ESS Lesson Plans (LP) and ensure all Terminal and Enabling Objectives are effectively trained.
Utilize RSNF ESS Power Point Presentations, Job Sheets, and visual aids to support the learning retention of RSNF students.
Administer and grade RSNF ESS tests and exams.
Qualify new RSNF instructors as required.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
BS 2-5 years of experience
Three (3) years experience instructing students in military programs with BS - OR – five (5) years experience instructing students in military programs and certified as a military training specialist without BS
Shall have professional knowledge of Navy training theories, policies, principles, procedures, and techniques.
Shall be a US citizen or Saudi national.

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Gov CIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Gov CIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Posted Salary Range: USD $61,850.00 - USD $98,950.00 /Yr.
