Overview:
Gov CIO is currently hiring for a RSNF Naval Operations Fire Controlman Instructor] to support our Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Educational Support Services (ESS) effort. The Instructor/Trainer will provide RSNF personnel training and maintenance procedures on all RSNF Shipboard fire control weapon systems. This position will be located in Jubail, KSA and will be an onsite position.
Responsibilities:
Deliver, instruct, and facilitate instructor-led courses in RSNF primary and advanced shipboard weapons systems. Potential subject matter includes:
- MK -92 Guided Missile Fire Control system
- Harpoon Weapon Systems
- Basic Officer Qualification Course
- Advanced Operations Officer / Weapons Officer Course
- Advanced Officer Qualification
- Gunnery Officer Course (GCO)
- Officer Candidate Course
Support and input the RSNF ESS courseware development team to ensure current and updated training materials.
Implement RSNF student critiques into RSNF ESS training materials, as required.
Prepare RSNF ESS Lesson Plans (LP) and ensure all Terminal and Enabling Objectives are effectively trained.
Utilize RSNF ESS Power Point Presentations, Job Sheets, and visual aids to support the learning retention of RSNF students.
Administer and grade RSNF ESS tests and exams.
Monitors training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepares budget reports to justify expenditures.

Qualifications:
BS with 2-5 years experience (or commensurate)
The candidate shall have a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field and three (3) years of experience instructing students in military programs—OR—five (5) years of experience instructing students in military programs and being certified as a military training specialist.
Candidate shall possess knowledge of Navy training theories, policies, principles, procedures, and techniques.
Shall be a United States citizen or Saudi national

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Gov CIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Gov CIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Posted Salary Range: USD $61,850.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
