Job Title: QA/QC Manager
Projects Location: Neom
Scope of work: Earthwork and infrastructure.
The QA/QC Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that products meet established standards and customer expectations. This role involves coordinating audits, inspections, and testing processes, as well as managing a team of QA/QC personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
Projects Location: Neom

The QA/QC Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that products meet established standards and customer expectations. This role involves coordinating audits, inspections, and testing processes, as well as managing a team of QA/QC personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Quality Standards: Create and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Quality Control Oversight: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the QA/QC team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of processes and products, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections, audits, and testing results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify areas for improvement and implement quality enhancement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying trends, analyzing data, and recommending process enhancements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, with at least 4 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in quality tools and methodologies
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
