Job Title: Project Manager - Civil Earthworks and Infrastructure
Location: NEOM, Saudi Arabia
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee civil earthworks and infrastructure development at NEOM. This role will be critical in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects within scope, budget, and schedule, while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
Location: NEOM, Saudi Arabia
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee civil earthworks and infrastructure development at NEOM. This role will be critical in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects within scope, budget, and schedule, while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage all phases of civil earthwork projects, from design through execution.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Foster a collaborative and safety-oriented work environment.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with stakeholders, including government entities, clients, and community representatives, to align project goals.
- Present project updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Budget Management:
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Prepare cost estimates and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Innovation and Sustainability:
- Promote innovative practices and sustainable construction methods.
- Collaborate with design teams to incorporate sustainable solutions into project plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on civil earthworks and infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in challenging environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Experience working on mega-projects or in the Middle East region.
- Familiarity with NEOM’s vision and sustainable development goals.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
