Job description for Garments Production Manager.
We are seeking a Production Manager with leadership skills and people management skills for a garment manufacturing company.
Main Responsibilities:
Tailoring Production Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating all garment manufacturing activities and ensuring that the company production targets are met; he is also responsible for the administration and operational tasks for the entire production unit.
Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

We are seeking a Production Manager with leadership skills and people management skills for a garment manufacturing company.
Main Responsibilities:
Tailoring Production Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating all garment manufacturing activities and ensuring that the company production targets are met; he is also responsible for the administration and operational tasks for the entire production unit.
- Day to day management of workshop staff and tailors.
- Assist in planning, manufacturing and delivering customer ordered products.
- Manage quality issues in all aspects of production, and workshop operation in line with codes of practice (as per the brand standard).
- Placing orders with Suppliers and Arranging required fabrics and materials.
- Feedback to tailors to optimize the quality and production.
- Oversee production of orders and ensure the accurate and timely completion of it.
- Preparing and reviewing daily production reports.
- Evaluate, train, motivate and develop staff to maximize their strengths and improve the efficiency of the production team.
- Communicates at all levels on status and production availability and flags any delays or issues immediately; ensures outbound delivery schedules are met and works towards deadlines.
- Promotes and maintains a harmonious working relationship with all Production staff across the Workshop.
- Resolves personnel problems by analysing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action. Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in people management.
- English and Hindi speaking is a must.
- Good Communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Knowledge.
- Leadership skills with people management.
- Tailoring industry background knowledge is a must.
- Expected Start Date: Immediately
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Accommodation: Company providing
Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Khobar: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
- Prodcution Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
