- Monitor production quality and implement improvements as needed.
- Develop and maintain production schedules and workflow plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in the exhibition, fit-out, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
