We are looking for a meticulous and driven individual to join Azad as a Procurement Specialist. This role is vital in managing the procurement processes for our properties, ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all real estate projects, from sourcing to negotiation and contract execution.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness in procuring real estate-related goods and services.
• Collaborate with property management and project teams to forecast procurement needs and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities to deliver quality products and services.
• Build and nurture relationships with suppliers to secure favourable terms and ensure supply reliability.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans when necessary to maintain supply chain integrity.
• Prepare and analyse procurement reports, providing insights to senior management on cost savings and procurement performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement within the real estate industry or a closely related sector.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best terms from suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier performance and market conditions.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Experience

• Min five years of experience in procurement, preferably in real estate or construction.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including the possibility of travel to property sites and supplier locations.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools is a plus.
