Main Responsibilities in HR Operations

• Oversee and optimize HR operations processes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction across the organization.

Requirements and Qualifications for HR Operations Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or CIPD certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in HR operations, with at least three years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in workforce management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR data to drive business decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in managing change and delivering high-impact HR initiatives.
