Helping Leasing Manager to make a plan for the Leasing department to achieve the required goals
Meet the new applicants for leasing and submit proposals to the direct manager about the company, concept and brand in an accurate manner.
Addressing the problems of tenants in coordination with other departments (contracts - finance - collection - marketing) and supervising the preparation of response letters.
Prepare to travel periodically in case of necessity for external meetings.
Explain the contractual terms included in the (financial terms - legal conditions - operational conditions) and negotiate with tenants.
Preparing a report (weekly / monthly) on the completed works and the leasing status in the property.
Identify future and potential brands / concepts by visiting the market, surveying sites, magazines, conference and real estate exhibitions.
Participate in the work of leasing budget with the director of the leasing department.
Dealing with correspondence related to customer inquiries, tenants’ requests and assistance at any time.
Deal accurately, make notes, and help update rental forms.
Maintain, update and store tenants’ records and files accurately.
Accurately update the database of existing and new tenants (phone number, contact person, address, etc.).
Ensure the completion of the entire leasing cycle: negotiation, contract terms, rental policies, finalizing the contract, financial terms for leasing, etc.
Dealing with rental reports including facts sheets, leasing pipeline, tracks, monthly occupancy reports.
Coordinate with marketing department regarding real estate.
