- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Exceptional negotiation skills with a successful track record of managing supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
